A new concept rail that can be conveniently used for the movement and delivery of products, equipment, and agricultural materials with branching units and small radius curve rails (R300mm). ■Features ● A large I-shaped rail specifically designed for material handling, such as the movement of products, parts, and equipment. ● The deflection of the rail is only 1.7mm under a high-strength design with a load of 200kg. ● Being I-shaped, the rail can be easily and thoroughly cleaned. ● The runner uses 30mm diameter bearings, allowing for the smooth and easy movement of heavy objects.

■Recommended for moving heavy items in factories, warehouses, distribution centers, and agricultural houses. ●Please adhere to the pitch of the brackets and do not suspend items that exceed the allowable load of the rails, runners, and brackets. ●Do not enter under suspended items. ●Do not use for purposes where people hang from or ride on suspended items. ●Do not perform operations that apply excessive lateral loads, such as diagonal pulling or shaking. ●Support the suspended items with your hand and move them quietly to prevent swaying. ●Do not use outdoors. ●For safety, regularly check for looseness in screws, bolts, and nuts, and retighten as necessary. ●If abnormal sounds or increased running resistance occur during operation, conduct an inspection, and if any parts are found to be abnormal or damaged, promptly replace them with new ones. ■Carry bracket installation intervals and appropriate weight table *If heavy items accumulate in one location, increase the number of brackets (or suspension hooks) and adhere to the allowable load between brackets.
