Data Logger for Steam Conveyor Oven / MI1ST-251TVM
This is a temperature data logger system using a combination of HiTemp140 and insulation materials with water.
In the food industry, continuous steam conveyor ovens are used for various product manufacturing and cooking processes. By using the MI1ST-251TVM, it becomes possible to continuously measure the high temperatures inside the oven. Due to the low height of the entrance opening in steam conveyor ovens, the height of the MI1ST-251TVM is set at 35mm. It will be delivered with an ISO/IEC17025 calibration certificate.
