■RoHS2 Directive The RoHS2 Directive restricts the use of specific hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment distributed within the EU to protect human health and the environment. ■REACH Regulation The REACH Regulation is EU legislation concerning the registration, evaluation, authorization, and restriction of chemical substances. Businesses that manufacture or import high-concern substances (SVHC) in quantities of over 1 ton per year within the EU are required to register or notify the European Chemicals Agency. *As of December 1, 2019, 201 substances (1st and 2nd batches) have been registered as SVHC. ■Usage Example The mat is transparent, so the appearance of work surfaces such as tables will remain largely unchanged when used.
