■Features ■Large Diameter Drum The drum D/d exceeds 20 times (equivalent to crane structural standard M6). ■All-in-One Type Equipped with a control circuit, it can also accommodate extended operation codes. The motor, electromagnetic contactor, and optional lifting control device are all built into a robust main body, protected from raindrops and dust, resulting in a unique compact shape. The large grooved drum and unique wire stopper are designed to be gentle on the rope, and the rope winding direction is freely adjustable in 360 degrees. ■Reduction by Planetary Gears The reduction mechanism uses planetary gears, resulting in a compact and efficient reduction unit. ■Advanced Electrical Components The motor adopts F-class insulation (maximum allowable temperature 155°C), significantly increasing the heat resistance range compared to the general E-class (120°C). Control is facilitated by indirect operation using electromagnetic contactors, making it easy to connect with limit switches and other devices. Additionally, a thermal relay is standard equipment to prevent motor burnout due to overload. It is also possible to accommodate different voltages, such as 400V.

Additionally, the brake plate uses non-polluting non-asbestos materials. It is suitable for mechatronics and FA applications, and variable speed operation using an inverter is also possible. ■Lifting Control Device (Optional) The installation of a unique lifting control device is easy, allowing the winch to stop with high precision at your desired position (upper limit/lower limit) within the first layer of wire winding range. This device is also built into the main unit like other electrical components. ● Intermediate Layer: The layer closest to (drum diameter + drum flange diameter) / 2 when wound in a closely aligned manner. ● Top Layer: The outer layer when the longest winding length of the rope that can be wound within the outer circumference of the drum flange is wound in a closely aligned manner. ● Recommended wire rope: JIS (6×37). ● Load time efficiency refers to the ratio of the total load operating time of the motor to the working time, including the motor's rest time, expressed as a percentage. The load time rate is calculated using the following formula.
