The MI1TP-140L*** is a compact temperature data logger designed for high-temperature and high-pressure sterilizers (autoclaves), with a high heat resistance temperature of +140°C. Since the temperature sensor and temperature memory unit are integrated, it is also suitable for temperature measurement within transportable heating devices.

The memory capacity is vast, with 20,224 memory units, allowing for extensive and long-term temperature measurements. The temperature sensor uses a high-precision thermistor equivalent to the EN ISO 285:2006 standard (Point 6.2.1.1) regarding sterilization and disinfection devices, achieving a resolution of 0.01°C and a temperature accuracy of ±0.2°C. The main body is made of stainless steel SUS 316, which is highly resistant to acids and alkalis and does not rust. Additionally, it has a completely waterproof structure that meets IP68 standards and is rated for 10 bar pressure. Measurement programs and temperature data reading are conducted by connecting the MI1TP-140L*** to a computer via a communication base/USB cable, with no power required for the interface. The MI1TP-140L*** has a long battery life of about one year, eliminating the need for frequent battery replacements; however, battery replacement can be handled by our company. The measured data is displayed in numerical tables and graphs. Furthermore, the measurement data can be saved in Excel format, allowing for unique analysis and interpretation by users. The analysis software includes a function for converting to F0 values for sterilization, automatically calculating F0 values from temperature data.
