The data logger is the latest solution for monitoring temperature and pressure during high-pressure steam sterilization and freeze-drying processes, thanks to its innovative design. Battery replacement can be done quickly and safely without the need for specialized tools. The system consists of four elements: a temperature logger, a pressure logger, a probe, and a dedicated case that integrates programming and reading functions, along with software compliant with 21 CFR Part 11. There are two sizes of batteries available, allowing for replacement based on the space at the measurement location. The dedicated case not only securely stores and transports the data logger but also includes an interface for PC connection. It can hold up to eight data loggers, and programming and data extraction can be performed using the PC software.
