● Deep and shallow angle prisms ensure safe positioning of loads and guide the magnetic field deep into the material. ● The magnet system can be switched effectively across the entire diameter bandwidth, with no recoil, and shear of the load due to twisting is prevented by the overlap of the prisms. ● Flat materials pose no problem for the FX-R, even if the material thickness is thin. ● In high-temperature work, deep prisms protect the magnet core from overheating. ● Applications: For round steel materials such as pipes ● Lineup: 100kg to 1800kg ● Maximum operating temperature: up to 80℃
