1. There are 18 types of wheel sizes, and the widths of the rail contact surfaces come in 6 varieties: 25, 40, 45, 55, 60, and 75 mm. 2. This product has a boss section on the flange side, allowing for the option to drill a tap hole and secure the wheel and axle with bolts such as hex socket head bolts as needed. 3. With conventional cast wheels, it was not possible to assemble the set without processing the outer diameter of the wheel, but this product has been pre-processed for the outer diameter, allowing for additional processing to match the axle hole diameter or the outer diameter of the ball bearing to be installed. 4. The designation of this product, for example, L100-40, indicates that it is a single-flanged wheel with an outer diameter of φ100 mm and a rail contact surface width of 40 mm. 5. For applications with high operating hours, heavy loads, or high speeds, hardened chrome molybdenum steel products can also be manufactured. Additionally, specified dimension drawings outside of this project can be produced promptly.
