The display, equipped with a color backlight that changes based on the ratio of oxidized compounds, serves as an alarm for the quality of frying oil. When the freshness is high, it shows green; when it's close to the time for replacement, it shows orange; and when it's time for replacement, it shows red. The threshold settings according to the rules regarding oil quality can be locked with a PIN code, preventing users other than the administrator from inadvertently changing them.
