● The dangerous chemical transfer operation can be performed safely and efficiently with just this one unit. You can choose from standard and high-lift models according to your needs. The pump length is standard type, and the motor is electric. (There is also a short pump length type with an air-driven (explosion-proof) motor.) ● The high-speed motor type significantly increases both the pumping volume and maximum lift compared to the standard motor! It can transfer a drum-sized amount in about 2 minutes. A substantial improvement in the efficiency of transfer operations that were previously unsatisfactory is expected. ● The check valve (available in standard and high-lift types) adopts a two-stage valve structure with a ball and stopper, completely preventing backflow. This allows for safe operation without spilling liquid during pump transfer. (Always close the outlet valve and be careful of liquid dripping from the hose.) Additionally, due to the check valve structure and the design of the suction port, the amount of residual liquid has been significantly reduced. Only a small amount of liquid remains when the container is tilted. Improved cost-effectiveness is anticipated.
