The MI11VA-14R is a vibration analyzer equipped with FFT analysis functionality, comprehensively incorporating the features necessary for equipment diagnostics and field measurements. It has been made approximately 200g lighter and has a slim shape compared to the manufacturer's conventional models, making it easy to hold with one hand and ideal for field measurements. The addition of a LAN port has strengthened connectivity with communication devices, enabling remote command control and file transfer for this unit. Furthermore, by installing the function expansion program VX-14S, it becomes possible to connect a microphone and measure sound, allowing the VA-14 to cover not only vibration measurement but also sound frequency analysis and evaluation. It can be used in various measurement scenarios, including measuring vibrations emitted by rotating machinery and motors, diagnosing equipment through vibration, and product research and development. Additionally, by installing the fault diagnosis program VX-14D, a "fault diagnosis function" is added, enabling the diagnosis of wear-related failures such as bearing abnormalities and structural failures like unbalance and misalignment. Moreover, an "absolute value judgment function" has been added to assess the health of equipment based on the judgment criteria values established in ISO 10816-1.
