High-temperature heat-resistant waterproof temperature logger for autoclave MI1SMWL-3-20M
This is a super small temperature data logger primarily used for temperature recording in high-temperature and high-pressure sterilizers (autoclaves), with a high heat resistance temperature of +140°C.
The temperature sensor and temperature memory unit are integrated, allowing for temperature measurement in conveyor-type heating chambers. The memory capacity is vast, with 20,225 memories, enabling long-term temperature measurement. The temperature sensor uses a high-precision thermistor equivalent to the EN ISO 285:2006 standard (Point 6.2.1.1) concerning sterilization and disinfection devices, achieving a resolution of 0.01°C and a temperature accuracy of ±0.1°C. The main body is made of stainless steel SUS 316, which is highly resistant to acids and alkalis, and features a completely waterproof structure that is IP68 compliant and can withstand pressures of up to 5 bar. The user-friendly Japanese version of the analysis software automatically calculates sterilization F0 values and low-temperature pasteurization PU values from the measured temperature and time, displaying the results in graphs and numerical tables.
