Normal Measurement Displays the angle of inclination from horizontal. Comparison Measurement Sets a reference point. You can set the reference point (00.0°) at any angle. For example, if you press the ZERO button at 25°, the display will show 00.0°. The ABS mark will disappear. This is useful for comparing how much difference there is between other inclinations and 25°. Pressing the ZERO button again will switch back to the angle of inclination display from horizontal (normal measurement).
