"Corporate 'Health Improvement' for Embracing DX Transformation" [Requests] 1. I don't want to fall behind the wave of DX transformation, but I need advice because I can't see what needs to be done or the direction to take. 2. There is a significant variation in IT skills among departments and employees. 3. Although reskilling is encouraged, employees are not taking the initiative to engage in it. [Proposed Content] 1. As the first step towards DX transformation, I propose that employees acquire a certain level of DX literacy. 2. I suggest promoting a change in employee mindset so that many employees understand the basics of DX and perceive it as their own responsibility. 3. I propose providing training to enhance DX literacy, allowing employees to engage with learning that has previously seemed too challenging, which will also contribute to their reskilling. Therefore, building a foundation for improving employees' DX literacy was essential. Through training, employees' DX mindset and utilization of IT skills have significantly increased, leading them to actively propose and implement ideas to improve operational efficiency.
