Yamada Machine Tool Thailand has been established.

We have established a joint venture in Thailand on April 1, 2009, in response to the expansion of our overseas sales operations. We are building a local maintenance system for Japanese automotive manufacturers that have introduced Yamada Machine Tool's marking machines, and we will leverage local sales networks, such as that of Toyota Tsusho, to expand our machine tool sales primarily to Japanese companies entering the market. The joint venture that has commenced operations was established with Toyota Tsusho's local subsidiary. We have started operations with a team of five, including local hires.
