Cheza Dahead
OSG・NACHI compatible Coventry type
This is a tool that has been used for many years for processing long screws on a general-purpose lathe. It processes by attaching four blades called "chasers" to a holder known as a "die head." One of its features is that the processing time is shorter compared to using threading inserts. Currently, there are no manufacturers of die heads in the country, making them difficult to obtain. Our company handles Coventry-type die heads and chasers. Chasers can be attached to Coventry-type die heads made by OSG or NACHI. *For more details, please refer to the materials.
