■Features of Wiz Twin - Maximized rigidity at the cutting edge due to unique shape By focusing on the shape of the insert and the shape of the tool, we minimized the distance from the clamp section to the cutting edge and the causes of vibration, thereby enhancing rigidity. - Good insert lifespan As a result of innovations in insert shape, we were also able to reduce the protrusion of the cutting edge. This has enabled stable machining and yielded better insert lifespan results compared to conventional products. - Attention to chip evacuation To optimize chip evacuation according to the machining content, we have prepared four different rake shapes. The cutting width ranges from a minimum of 0.3mm to a maximum of 2.0mm, and the lineup for through-cutting workpieces has a maximum outer diameter of Φ13.
