Custom engravings such as logos and special characters can be produced according to customer specifications.
We can create engravings of any shape. 【Features】 ● We accept orders for engravings of the smallest characters under 1mm, large characters over 20mm, and logo marks. ● We can manufacture according to the dimensions specified by the customer. ● Even if the item is old and its origin is unknown, we can reproduce it if we have the actual item. ● We can import shapes from JPG files and convert them into CAD/CAM data. Our company has an in-house engraving processing department. We offer high-precision engraving using NC machining and skilled hand engraving techniques with chisels, allowing us to handle special shape processing that may cause character damage. Successfully developed special engravings for ultra-high strength steel plates. Currently, we have two types of engravings available for high-tensile materials. - High durability engraving Special high-speed steel + surface treatment... primarily suitable for materials up to 590. Twice the wear resistance of the general type. - Ultra-high durability engraving Special high-speed steel + modification + surface treatment... suitable for materials up to 1470. 3.4 times the wear resistance of the high durability type.
