Characteristics and Processing Methods of Insulating Material "Glass Epoxy Resin Laminates"
There is little dust and peeling during processing! We have prepared two types: one with higher strength and the other with high heat resistance, made only from fiberglass.
Our company, Yamada Manufacturing Co., Ltd., has built a long-standing trust and track record with our customers in the field of non-metallic resin pressing due to the uniqueness of this area. We introduce fundamental information and know-how regarding insulating material processing from a perspective that only we can provide. Please read this before material selection and processing. "Glass Epoxy Resin Laminates" are boards made with glass cloth as the base material, containing epoxy resin, and are excellent materials in terms of insulation and strength. Similar to glass phenolic resin laminates, they are somewhat more expensive than inexpensive composite materials, but we offer two types: one with high strength and high heat resistance made solely from glass fibers (all cloth). They have a higher affinity than phenolic resin and produce less dust and peeling during processing. 【Features】 ■ Base material is glass cloth ■ Two types available: one with high strength and high heat resistance made solely from glass fibers ■ Higher affinity than phenolic resin, resulting in less dust and peeling during processing ~ If you have any requests regarding the pressing or bending of non-metal materials, please leave it to us! ~ *For more detailed information, please refer to the PDF materials.
basic information
[Points to be Aware of During Processing] - Unlike paper and fabric substrates, heating is not required during processing; however, because fiberglass is woven in, mold wear can occur easily. - Processing powder (glass powder) can enter the sliding surfaces of molds and equipment, leading to increased wear, so early maintenance is necessary. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*
