Here is an introduction to a case study of solving problems. 【Problem】 Products were placed directly on the ground in pallet stacks, but as production volume increased, it became impossible to secure storage space. 　↓ 【Solution】 1. By changing from direct placement to pallet rack storage, we utilized vertical space and secured storage space. 2. By adding back supports (back beams) and eliminating the protrusion of the front support columns, we made it easier to work with the upper storage area.
