We would like to inform you about the "Age-Friendly Subsidy" for small and medium-sized enterprises that employ older workers. The Age-Friendly Subsidy provides financial assistance for measures aimed at improving the workplace environment for older workers, including the introduction of equipment and devices to compensate for physical function decline, safety and health education, and understanding the health and physical condition of working seniors.
