A pallet rack that allows for safe and efficient storage of molds in a space-saving manner.
【Concerns】 Molds used in manufacturing are placed on pallets and stored on the floor. Because the molds take up space, other items cannot be placed. ↓ 【Solution to Concerns】 1. To save space, they were stored on pallet racks. 2. The shelves were designed to accommodate various shapes and sizes of molds. 3. To withstand heavy molds, pipes were installed on the back of the shelves for reinforcement. (Uniform load capacity of 1500kg per shelf) 4. To prevent the shelves from lifting due to the weight of the molds, iron plates were installed at both ends in the depth direction to secure the shelves in place.
