The 'Moisture Power Holder' is a plant weight monitoring type irrigation control controller that realizes 'liquid supply control according to moisture stress,' considered a 'master's technique.' Using a load cell, it continuously measures the weight of representative plants (plant + growing medium) and, based on the maximum plant weight after irrigation in the early morning as a reference value, it starts irrigation when the relative value falls below a set threshold. The appropriate irrigation amount for each irrigation is also automatically determined based on weight measurements.
