Our company believes that maintaining the physical and mental health of employees is important for management, and we have now entered our seventh year since making our health declaration in 2019. Although our efforts have been gradual, we are actively working on plans to promote activities that maintain the physical and mental health of our employees, aiming to foster a vibrant corporate culture and enhance our willingness to reform. We have recently received the sixth certification as a Health Management Excellent Corporation 2026 (for small and medium-sized enterprises, Bright 500) from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. At the beginning, health management had low recognition, but now the number of declared companies and certified excellent companies is increasing year by year, and we are very pleased that creating a bright and healthy workplace environment is becoming the standard for Japanese companies. Our company will continue to work towards the health of our employees and the creation of a bright corporate culture.
