Since there is no transfer of goods from the pickup location to the delivery destination, there is no worry about damage, and excessive packaging is unnecessary. We offer a variety of options to assist with transportation, including time specifications, two-man delivery, and refrigerated and frozen transport. We have many customers utilizing our service, including those in precision equipment, food, event materials, and printed materials. Starting from November 1, 2016, we will release improvements to the customer My Page (Web JITBOX) as follows. <Main Improvements> 1) The same phone number can be used when registering a destination. 2) Destination registration information can be deleted. 3) Pickup requests originating from and destined for Okinawa Prefecture can be made. 4) A list of destination registration information can be downloaded. 5) The time it takes for the information requested by customers for pickup to be communicated to our responsible store will be shortened. *Currently: up to 1 hour → After improvements: up to 15 minutes
