As a method to inspect the internal threads, we insert commercially available bolts to check the degree of "play" on the processing site and make a judgment on their quality. This time, we received a request from a customer to be cautious, as there are some screws with significant play and some that are too tight. We understand that it would be good to inspect with the screw gauges "GP-6H" and "NP-6H," but it is difficult to prepare all types of screw gauges due to cost constraints.
