The "TTTsystem" is a laboratory system that allows for the evaluation of tapping performance through tapping torque data, as well as the evaluation of lubrication performance of oils and coating films. It enables real-time measurement and graphing of tapping torque, as well as measurement and graphing of tap temperatures before and after tapping using infrared sensors. Multiple data sets can be overlaid in graphs, allowing for easy comparison of individual data and real-time analysis and evaluation. <PCA Version 5 Release> Precision Tapping Machine TTTsystem - With the new addition of "Tribo Evaluate," bar graphs are displayed for each machining depth, making torque comparison easier. - While analysis and evaluation were previously possible from a machining depth of 6mm, the addition of 2mm and 4mm machining depths allows for the accumulation of detailed changes, making it suitable as an evaluation device for manufacturers of metalworking oils, lubricants, and coatings. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials and related links, or feel free to contact us.
