The "EHRZ / EHRZ CH" is suitable for processing medium-hard materials with a hardness of 40 HRC or lower, as well as stainless steel. EHRZ Extra Hard Roll Tap EHRZ CH Extra Hard Roll Tap Cool Hole 【Common Features】 ■ Adopts the "Semi-Long Shape" common to the Z-PRO brand! Ensures reliable external lubrication with an appropriate overall length. ■ Reduction of torque and applicability to medium-hard materials! By utilizing a "unique screw escape shape" and a "surface treatment technology that maximizes the effect of the coating," it aims to reduce processing torque and prevent welding. 【Common Features of EHRZ CH】 ■ Excellent cooling and lubrication with 90° coolant By discharging coolant in the axial perpendicular direction, it expels coolant forward and backward within the pilot hole. Not only the engaged part but also the complete crest can be forcibly cooled and lubricated. ■ Adoption of Reduce Center (for M8 and above) In cases of discharge with high-pressure coolant, there was a possibility that the plug type tap could blow off the plug.
