[Processing Example] Nozzle for Leather / Roller Pattern

An example where pure copper was used for the nozzle and brass was used for the roller pattern during processing!

We would like to introduce examples of processing for "nozzles for leather" and "roller patterns" that we have conducted. For the leather nozzle, we used pure copper as the material and processed it with a minimum nozzle hole diameter of 0.6 mm using a CNC lathe. For the roller pattern, we used brass as the material and processed it to an outer diameter of φ70 × inner diameter of φ65 × length of 100 with a wall thickness of 2.5 mm.
