Yamazen Co., Ltd. will hold a web seminar on promoting labor-saving and automation titled "Improving Variability in Measurements by Operators!" In manufacturing and quality control, measurement tasks are crucial for determining the quality of product processes. However, there are various challenges such as variability in accuracy due to manual work, decreased work efficiency, and the occurrence of human errors, making it difficult to ensure traceability. In this seminar, we will propose automation of measurements that can lead to improvements for customers facing such challenges. We will also introduce collaborative robot measurement solutions that can coexist with operators, along with case studies.
