Wireless LAN Access Point Housing Box Prevents reflection from the metal floor of the deck plate above the access point installed in the ceiling, while adjusting the area below to prevent indoor spreading interference.

Non-combustible aluminum sheet applied to the outer surface of the box. A non-combustible aluminum sheet is applied to the outer surface of the absorber box to prevent radio wave leakage.

By using foam radio wave absorbing material inside the box, we prevent multipath within the interior. Additionally, by adjusting the position of the access points, we limit the radio wave emission area in the lower room and prevent interference between access points.

Window Glass Surface: Shield Window Film By applying shield window film to the window glass surface, we reduce the intrusion of external waves and improve the indoor radio environment.

[Regarding Fireproof Certification] Fireproof Material Certification (Non-combustible: NM-1776) Non-combustible certification is required for construction under interior restrictions. 1) Fireproof materials are those materials designated or certified by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism according to their performance classifications of non-combustible, quasi-non-combustible, and flame-retardant. ● When subjected to heat from a typical fire, the materials must meet the following key points: ◎ They must not ignite. ◎ They must not undergo harmful deformation, melting, cracking, or other damage that is detrimental to fire safety. ◎ They must not emit harmful smoke or gas that could impede evacuation. ● Each performance is defined by the time elapsed after heating begins. ◎ Non-combustible performance: 20 minutes after heating begins ◎ Quasi-non-combustible performance: 10 minutes after heating begins ◎ Flame-retardant performance: 5 minutes after heating begins 2) Fireproof performance is certified based on the combination of the substrate material (as per the Ministry of Construction Notification No. 1400, non-combustible materials are defined by the amendments to Ministry of Construction Notification No. 1400 and Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Notification No. 1178, as determined by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism) and the construction method.

The foam type radio wave absorber IT foam easily improves the radio wave environment. It is a radio wave absorber made from olefin-based resin foam, demonstrating excellent effectiveness in suppressing wideband characteristics, making cutting and installation at the site easy and reducing multipath effects. It can absorb radio waves over a wide frequency range from 300 MHz to 110 GHz and excels in radio wave absorption performance for oblique incidence. Cutting is easy, facilitating installation at the site. - It is an electromagnetic wave control material and radio wave absorber effective for wireless and radio technology, as well as EMC and noise countermeasures. - Made primarily from polyolefin-based resin and carbon, it can be manufactured in suitable thicknesses depending on the applicable frequency. - Wireless LAN access points stored in the ceiling can cause interference due to reflected waves from the deck plate in the ceiling; the radio wave absorption box cuts off upward radio waves, enhances the directionality of downward radio waves, and absorbs excess radio waves. - Installation on adjacent partition walls in the same floor tenant achieves prevention of radio wave interference and secures channels.
