【Lineup】 <SPOT Type> ■ Inspection of seal width less than 10mm for pouch products and misalignment inspection for pillow products. ■ Measure the amount of X-ray transmission entering the spot sensor and conduct inspections using the difference in transmission amounts. ■ If there is a difference in transmission, it can be utilized for various applications beyond just bite inspection. <LINE Type> ■ Inspection of seal width of 10mm or more for pouch products and bite/misalignment inspection for pillow packaging products. ■ More precisely measure the X-ray transmission amount with a line sensor, detecting even smaller bites with high accuracy. ■ The standard model can inspect products up to a maximum width of 200mm (varies with product height).
