The adoption of a magnet drum with a special magnetic pole arrangement enables high recovery of cutting chips.
The "CMS type" is a device that extracts and recovers chips mixed in the coolant discharged after the cutting operations of machine tools. With a newly designed scraper, the separation and discharge performance of chips from the magnetic drum has been improved. By changing the motor installation position to reduce the overall height to 80mm, it has become possible to install in locations that were previously difficult to access.
