**Main Features** - Measures the outer diameter at two locations using a micrometer automatic measurement device. - Measures the total length with a digital micrometer automatic measurement device. → Compatible with long workpieces. - Displays measurement results using Mitutoyo's data collection software 'MeasurLink' and sorts workpieces based on the measurement results. → OK products are packaged in specified quantities at designated locations. → NG products are placed in designated locations according to NG items. - Reduces measurement time by 6 seconds by measuring while holding the workpiece, achieving a reduction in cycle time. - Designed with space-saving in mind. - The adoption of collaborative robots eliminates the need for safety fences, allowing shared workspace with humans. - The use of Techman, which comes standard with a camera, reduces installation costs and enables recognition of part shapes.
