Exhibition of automated lines for deburring, measurement, and inspection processes! We have made it possible to automate transportation between processes using AGVs!
The automated processes after work processing include deburring, non-contact roughness measurement, non-destructive hardness measurement, and AI appearance inspection. Unmanned transportation between each process is done using AGVs, and the status of each piece of equipment and production results are aggregated and centrally managed through automated operation monitoring.
