Electromagnetic Timing Lubricator (EDL) System
By receiving control signals and electrically driving the oil supply plunger at high speed, pinpoint lubrication can be achieved with high speed and high efficiency!
■Low Cost (as a system) Unlike other electronic lubrication systems, there is no need for a hydraulic pump system. It is supplied from a head tank like conventional systems, and there are no system license fees required. ■Long Lifespan There are no mechanical shock impacts, and it does not use delicate solenoid valves, resulting in a long lifespan (over 100 million cycles). ■Energy Saving & Space Saving The control circuits are built into each lubricator, and they output lubrication timing and fault status externally. Additionally, since power is consumed only for a brief moment during lubrication, the energy usage efficiency is extremely high (approximately 20W at 180 cpm). The absence of a hydraulic pump unit contributes to energy and space savings. ■High Speed It can operate at a maximum of 180 times per minute (net discharge time of 2-3 msec).
