The "Counter-Type Expanding Machine for Heat Exchanger Cooling Tubes" is a machine that performs tube expansion by inserting an expanding tool into the cooling tubes assembled and set on the tube sheet, allowing the outer diameter of the tube to be fitted into the holes of the tube sheet. The fixture for assembling heat exchangers is placed in the center of the machine, with the right unit (3-axis NC control: XYZ) and the left unit (2-axis NC control: XY) arranged oppositely to perform work simultaneously from both sides.
