In addition to the protective performance of FRP and epoxy used for resin lining aimed at surface protection of machinery, it enhances explosion resistance, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and chemical resistance. In harsh environments where various deterioration factors such as severe wear on construction machinery bodies, buckets, and shovels, the vulnerability of hardened tools to cracking, corrosion from chemicals and salt in coastal areas, and thermal effects are compounded, applying a polyurea resin lining to the surface will continue to protect the base part for a long time. According to JIS standards, the paint wear test shows a coating loss of 3mg after testing, demonstrating significantly higher abrasion resistance compared to other lining materials, and it maintains stable strength outdoors for an extended period due to its high weather resistance. By applying polyurea coating to particularly deteriorated parts such as bulldozer buckets, shovel sections, conveyor systems, and agricultural tillage and cutting blades, an extension of the deterioration lifespan is expected. In practical applications on snowplow shovels, it has shown significant effects in abrasion resistance and resistance to calcium chloride, and in high-grade materials with excellent chemical resistance, it has long-term resistance to 50% sulfuric acid, protecting the substrate from corrosion factors (acids, alkalis, etc.).

The next-generation lining material "Polyurea" is a resin compound formed by the chemical reaction between isocyanates and polyamines. It is a resin lining material that possesses "strength" comparable to concrete and "flexibility" that allows it to follow the shape of the substrate without cracking. It can be applied as a surface protection material for various materials such as metal, wood, urethane, concrete, and stone. It excels in waterproofing, chemical resistance, heat resistance, and weather resistance, protecting the substrate from a wide range of deterioration factors.
