Plastic magnets (bond magnets) used in automotive steering and switch areas, which incorporate magnetic sensors, are easier to handle, lightweight, and less affected by rust compared to metal sintered magnets, making them excellent in properties. The base resin materials can be selected according to applications and needs, including nylon-based and PPS, and complex shapes can be molded through insert molding and two-color molding. We can accommodate multipole magnetization and radial magnetization, providing comprehensive proposals for materials, properties, and shapes, and we will mass-produce them in domestic lines with proven mass production results.
