A Japanese sensor manufacturer, which holds a 60% share of the global ultrasonic sensor market, has designed and developed this system, which is manufactured at its overseas factory. This is a sonar system for trailers that can be configured with a dedicated controller and ultrasonic sensors developed in Japan, supporting up to 8 channels. The controller is combined with a dedicated ECU that incorporates a unique algorithm, and has achieved over 6,000 units in the market for trucks and buses within six years of its launch. The basic configuration of the system comes in two types: - On-screen display type that shows detection distance with backup monitor interruption - Dedicated LED indicator display type (under development) The basic sensor configurations are 2ch, 4ch, 6ch, and 8ch. The standard installation positions are 2ch in the front and 6ch in the rear (2ch on top / 4ch on the bottom). The sensor angles can be adjusted to some extent. *Compatible with both 12V and 24V systems. - Controller and harness kit for tractors - Sensor and harness kit for trailers *Each can be sold separately. The connection point between the tractor and trailer can be disconnected using a dedicated connector with a waterproof cap. If requested, installation on the vehicle can also be carried out by a partner company with proven experience.
