Over 20 years of experience as an independent wire harness specialized factory! We handle everything from prototypes of high-voltage harnesses for electric vehicles to small and medium lot mass production.
We are engaged in mass production (including prototypes) of various harnesses needed for electrification, ranging from high-voltage and strong electrical systems for automotive and industrial use to signal systems. We can accommodate prototypes even when the drawings are not finalized during the development stage, and we can handle medium-lot mass production at our domestic factory. It is also possible to procure specified connectors (providing end-user information to the connector manufacturer is necessary). *We can also accept supplied parts. In prototypes, we manufacture harnesses using the latest connectors upon requests from the research and development departments of automotive manufacturers and parts manufacturers, and we can also accommodate new connectors. In mass production, we have numerous achievements, including harnesses for car air conditioning, fuel pump systems, main harnesses for snow removal machines and riding lawn mowers, as well as onboard chargers for EVs and drive lithium batteries. We have extensive mass production experience, ranging from crimping, soldering, and shielded cables to small lead wire processing and main harnesses with over 300 circuits. We own more than 500 applicators, primarily for automotive use.
