Truck Back Sonar System for Commercial Use
Since the start of sales, over 8,000 units have been sold. The low-speed accident reduction sonar system can detect obstacles with up to 8 sensors in the front and rear.
This is a sonar system for buses and trucks, consisting of a dedicated controller and ultrasonic sensors designed and developed in Japan, with a maximum configuration of 8 channels. The ultrasonic sensor elements are designed and developed by a Japanese sensor manufacturer that holds a 60% share of the global market, and they are manufactured at their overseas factory, boasting high quality and reliability for commercial systems. The controller is a dedicated ECU that incorporates a unique algorithm, and since its launch for trucks and buses, it has achieved over 8,000 units in just 7 years. The basic sensor configurations are 2ch, 4ch, 6ch, and 8ch. The basic installation positions are 2ch at the front and 6ch at the rear (2ch on the upper side / 4ch on the lower side). The sensor angles can be adjusted in some cases. *Compatible with both 12V and 24V. The system has two basic configurations: - An on-screen display type that shows detection distance with a backup monitor interruption. - A dedicated LED indicator display type. We can also accommodate vehicle installations upon request.
