"Environmentally Adaptive Agricultural System" ~Exhibiting an artificial light-based agricultural system utilizing unused energy such as factory waste heat~ The Yazaki Group offers an "Environmentally Adaptive Agricultural System" that effectively utilizes unused energy generated from factories and other sources, such as waste heat. This artificial light-based agricultural system maintains a simple structure comparable to that of a steel frame house, allowing for the use of various heat sources, including groundwater heat, factory waste heat, and solar energy. It features an air conditioning system and a cultivation system called "Moisculture," which grows crops using humidity, enabling stable quality and quantity of harvests with minimal energy, water, and labor. ◎ Returning energy from factories and the mobility industry to local agriculture ◎ Achieving stable agriculture even in areas with limited infrastructure and resources by keeping initial costs low (capable of cultivation with 1/10 the amount of water) ◎ Demonstrating a 76.3% reduction in power consumption compared to conventional battery-operated heat pump systems "JAPAN MOBILITY SHOW 2025" Venue: Tokyo Big Sight Dates: October 30 (Thursday) to November 9 (Sunday), 2025 We look forward to introducing the Yazaki Group's initiatives for next-generation energy. We await your visit.
