[Video Introduction] Ultrasonic Composite Photocatalytic Water Purification Device 'Aqua Beam'
Significantly improved purification performance of the photocatalytic material "Titanistar(R)" using ultrasonic technology! Introducing "Aqua Beam" in a video.
The ultrasonic composite photocatalytic water purification device "Aqua Beam" uses the photocatalytic material "Titanistar(R)" as its core technology and is widely used for water purification and water quality improvement. However, due to the diverse types of water and pollution conditions, there has been a demand for further performance enhancement. Instead of just combining the photocatalyst Titanistar with ultraviolet light, it became possible to significantly improve performance by combining ultrasonic technology with our photocatalytic technology after considering various oxidants. This is the mechanism of simultaneously irradiating the photocatalyst Titanistar with ultraviolet light and ultrasound. The ultrasound incorporated into the Aqua Beam releases a large amount of energy in water. This combination was made possible due to the excellent film durability characteristics of the photocatalyst Titanistar. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*
basic information
What is the photocatalyst "Titanistar"? It is not a coating-type photocatalyst, nor does it use any of the raw materials employed in those types. By simply performing surface oxidation treatment on titanium within pure titanium metal, a titanium dioxide photocatalytic film is generated on the surface of pure titanium. This film contains no impurities and is generated without any interface with pure titanium. It is characterized by high photocatalytic ability and a highly durable film. - Ultrasonic composite photocatalytic water purification device Aqua Beam operation video at a certain location. First, here is an internal photo of the Aqua Beam device. The photocatalyst Titanistar is positioned in the center. Ultraviolet lamps are arranged to irradiate the entire area, and ultrasonic transducers are placed on the sides to ensure that ultrasonic waves are uniformly directed at the Titanistar. The video features the Aqua Beam AB-C type, which is the smallest series of Aqua Beam operating at a certain location. The Aqua Beam series consists of large, medium, and smallest models. We can also accommodate requests for larger models depending on purification needs. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
