[NETIS Registered Technology] Worker Proximity Detection System - Demo Unit Available for Loan -
This system alerts both the driver and the worker when construction machinery and the worker approach each other.
Attention customers using construction machinery such as backhoes! *Applicable workplaces: Tunnel excavation work, paving work, demolition work This system uses LF band magnetic fields and radio waves to provide warnings to both the driver and the operator based on the distance set on-site. 【Features】 1. Detection range is 360 degrees (omnidirectional) with no blind spots. 2. The detection distance can be set from 3 to 12 meters using a dial to match the site. 3. By combining tags for heavy machinery, proximity between machines can also be detected. 4. It can detect people hidden behind obstacles such as walls. 5. Dustproof and waterproof specifications allow operation in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 75°C. 【Available for both sale and rental】 This system was registered with NETIS (New Technology Information System of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism) in May 2015. (Registration No. QS-150004-VE) For more details, please download the catalog or feel free to contact us via either the Ipros manufacturing site or our company website. basic information
(1) The detector transmits an LF band alternating magnetic field. (2) The tag held by the operator continuously sends data, including the tag's ID, magnetic field detection signal, and magnetic field strength, to the surroundings (once every few seconds). (3) Tags within the range of the magnetic field signal from the detector (up to 12m) will retransmit the magnetic field detection signal and magnetic field strength. At this time, the transmission interval is automatically adjusted to be as short as possible. (4) The detector analyzes the magnetic field strength from the tag, and if it exceeds the specified value, an alarm will sound. *This may vary depending on the installation environment and surrounding conditions.

12th International Logistics Comprehensive Exhibition 2016 - Logis-Tech Tokyo 2016
At the International Logistics Comprehensive Exhibition 2016 held at Tokyo Big Sight, we will introduce the "Worker Proximity Detection System," which alerts when heavy machinery and people come close to each other. This exhibition is themed "Let's Find Solutions at the Logistics Exhibition - The Next Step in Problem Solving," and in addition to the "Worker Proximity Detection System," we will also showcase our new product, the "Rope Alarm." We will also conduct demonstrations using actual equipment, so please take this opportunity to experience it firsthand.
