Fatigue testing machine operation monitoring system
Visible, noticeable, able to reduce waste, monitoring the operation of the fatigue testing machine all at once.
AccumulationWin is a Windows application that collects digital IO signals from multiple fatigue testing machines, including those from other manufacturers, and centrally monitors and records the operational status of each testing machine. It displays the "operating/stopped" status of each machine in real-time with color coding, automatically aggregating operating time, downtime, elapsed time, and status change timestamps. Accumulated data can be viewed in a calendar format as operating rates on a monthly, weekly, or daily basis, and it also supports Gantt chart displays for any specified period. When the threshold for abnormal downtime or abnormal operating time is exceeded, the screen displays a warning in orange, and automatic email distribution via SMTP (for both stopped and operating states) is also possible. Data can be output in CSV format, and it supports remote viewing from office PCs via the company LAN, directly contributing to the reduction of equipment downtime losses and improvement of operating rates.
basic information
1) Displays the operational status of the selected test machines in a calendar format with monthly, weekly, and daily totals. Each cell shows operating hours, downtime, and operating rate as both numbers and bars, allowing for a visual confirmation of operational biases and downtime trends on a monthly basis. You can also switch the displayed month and transition to the Gantt chart screen. 2) This screen provides a list of accumulated operational status data in a tile format for each test machine. Each tile displays the test machine name, operational status (operating/stopped), elapsed time, and update date and time, with colors indicating status: green (operating), red (stopped), and orange (time anomaly), enabling a quick overview of the status of multiple test machines. It can be accessed from the relay PC (monitoring PC) and office PC. 3) This screen displays the operational status for a specified period in a bar graph format by test machine. The horizontal axis represents the timeline, while the vertical axis represents the test machines, with operational and downtime periods shown in color-coded bars. The display range can be navigated using date selection or "back/forward" buttons, and it also allows for checking the operating rate (%) and number of downtimes, enabling tracking of long-term trends and the timing of anomalies.

Mikyo Manufacturing provides a consistent production system that develops, designs, manufactures, and supports testing machines and measurement devices tailored to the objectives and applications of customers in fields such as material research and development, as well as in accordance with material testing standards and methods. The testing machines that respond to requests from various major manufacturers and research institutions are mostly customized products. When measuring the durability of new materials, they are completely made-to-order. We also pay attention to the "usability," which varies depending on the installation location and users, and we adjust the testing machines to ensure they are optimal for each customer.
