[Technical Data] CNT Dispersion Case Study Using Nanovate
Examples of CNT dispersion and changes in viscosity and resistance values using NanoVate are presented.
This document explains the dispersion of CNTs using the ultra-high pressure wet-type micronization device "NanoVator" with the help of graphs. When using this product for CNT dispersion processing, a phenomenon is observed where the viscosity initially increases and then decreases. Long, thin CNTs become swollen during the process of bundle dispersion, leading to an increase in viscosity, and as the bundles disperse, the viscosity decreases. Viscosity changes can be considered as one indicator for confirming the dispersion state.
