AC Servo Press Brake / YSP Series [Patented: Japanese Patent No. 6104848] Compared with conventional hydraulic and hybrid systems, the YSP Series delivers significant improvements in energy efficiency, quiet operation, and vibration reduction. It also achieves pressing capacities exceeding 200 tons and bending lengths of up to 6 meters—capabilities that have traditionally been challenging for AC servo press brakes. The precision control inherent in AC servo technology, combined with the exceptional machine rigidity of the YSP Series, ensures outstanding bending accuracy. A comprehensive range of peripheral equipment is also available, including the highly effective QTC automatic tool-changing system. Features A versatile AC servo lineup, ranging from compact models to high-power machines equipped with QTC. The unique linkage mechanism maximizes performance with minimal energy consumption, reducing motor capacity to approximately one-third that of conventional systems. The eccentric-offset mechanism increases the ram’s downward speed. Because the ram drive does not use a hydraulic system, the machine delivers significantly improved quietness, lower vibration, and greater energy efficiency. An exceptional open height of 600 mm is provided as standard. Heights exceeding 600 mm are also available as an option, with a proven maximum of 880 mm. QTC (Quick Tool Change / Automatic Tool-Changing System) Three types of upper tools and three types of lower tools can be changed automatically and quickly, dramatically reducing conventional tool setup time.
