We would like to introduce our hydraulic riveter and power generator, the 'PY & YGW Series'. The power generator is equipped with a booster, operating in areas that do not require pressure at high speed (low pressure, high flow) and using the booster in areas that do require pressure to operate at high pressure (high pressure, low flow). This contributes to energy savings. One power generator can accommodate two riveters (at the same pressure), allowing for alternating fastening operations. 【Features】 ■ The pump operates submerged in oil, eliminating issues such as insufficient suction. ■ Each switching and adjustment valve has a structure with few failures, making adjustment and maintenance easy. ■ The riveter can be activated by operating a push-button switch. ■ This unit can also be used for bending, distortion correction, marking, etc. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
