HSG's fiber laser cutting machine 'X1510'
Latest advanced professional fiber laser cutter
The "X1510" is a state-of-the-art fiber laser cutter with a processing area of 1550mm x 1050mm. It can be equipped with IPG Photonics oscillators of 1,500W, 2,000W, 3,000W, or 4,000W. With a 4KW setup, it can cut carbon steel up to a maximum of 22mm and stainless steel up to a maximum of 12mm. Additionally, it can comfortably cut highly reflective materials like copper and aluminum up to 3mm and 6mm, respectively. After several improvements, the repeat positioning accuracy has been refined to ±0.03mm, and the positioning accuracy is also ±0.03mm. Furthermore, the drawer design allows the processing stage (the part with the pins) to be pulled out towards the operator, making the loading and unloading of materials very smooth. The back door is designed to be removable, accommodating longer materials as well. ▶ This equipment is eligible for the "Productivity Improvement Requirement Certificate" issued by the Japan Machine Tool Builders' Association. *For more details, please refer to the documentation.
